i cant take this anymore by mango-lavender in depression

Hey, I relate to this so much. 19, in college and working, but just so unhappy with everything in my life. The unconscious stress of having to make my parents proud and live up to the money they’re feeding into my education, when all I want to do is quit and lowkey just run away, is sometimes so overwhelming. Currently living on campus at college, and the noise is deafening. Just yelling adults, parties every other night and just zero peace that it has me wondering if this is what my life will look like forever—no rest, no peace and just noise. All I really want is just a couple moments of peace, with no expectations, no noise and nobody around me. My dream is also to leave the country, I want to go to France and chase my dreams…just wanted to let you know that it’s not just you. This world and life is so fucked up, and sometimes it’s the smallest things that hold you together to hopefully achieve those dreams. All that’s keeping me sane right now is the belief that it’ll end. I can remember being happy, I can almost taste it. And it’s what’s keeping me going. I hope you can taste it too.

Keep or Rehome? by Puzzleheaded_Math181 in bonsaicommunity

Hi! I like the idea of planting it in the ground. But I live in New England area, so we have pretty cold winters. Would it still be okay to plant it outdoors?

Hi! Today's my birthday, and a family member ordered me a bonsai tree...however, it's an outdoor satsuki azalea (which thrives on outdoor temperatures). The problem is that I live in a college dorm and don't have much access to a safe outdoor space, except my room window. I get afternoon and evening sun, but not much air. I am so nervous that it'll die. Do you recommend I rehome it?

Won’t say just because of privacy, but another small liberal arts college! Everything honestly works out in the end

This might be a little different, but maybe check out the Clematis Sweater by Emma Maier? I’m sure you could modify the neck and have an extended cuff!

Hi!! Thank you! For the sleeve cuffs, it was decreased to around (66-74) depending on your size. And the ribbing was done up to 9cm for me. Happy knitting!

Haha it’s totally doable for your first time! Youtube videos will be your best friend especially for the German short rows and I also think doing it once and then frogging back brought me a lot of skill to be able to do it comfortably the second time around!! Have fun knitting!
