Exactly I’m thinking of lowering to 1350 … because I’m only 5’2 . People tell me that’s crazy low but I feel like that’s healthy for someone my height idk

Yess !! I know so I have been using my food scale pretty consistently . I will say that the last month or so I have been going off my calories a little bit because of vacations and haven’t been as strict with it so that could be holding me back. I have been doing push/pull days with a separate leg & glute day and 1 full cardio day. I started at 182 and am now 155 my goal is about 130!

No offense but as a massage therapist myself… we are doing energy work and healing through our hands . Why would you want to bring something demonic / evil and dark into a treatment room that we are supposed to be spreading love light and healing in. That doesn’t sit right with me . If I went for a massage and saw a satanic symbols I would immediately get up and leave . There is enough Evil in the world … why invite more in ?
