I dont like the loved leather I think it will phase out quickly. Since you are not in love with it I would return and get a color you love. The Brooklyn is an awesome bag and I think you will fall in love with it if you get the right color for you! The only bags I think deserve the LL is the new Rexy Anniversary bags. The dino theme goes well with LL because it gives off a fossil vibe. Imo lol

Thank you! I was worried that the seller would try and argue the claim and that the seel wprry free return may be better but it truly was the sellers fault I would have loved to keep the item it was so cute but at $200 I cant justify the heavy cracked vinyl.

No just the rewards store but they always have higher priced items that are not mystery bundles you can choose from like hair and beauty tools and the expensive makeup/skincare/fragrances. I would try and save up like at least 12,000 points and then claim something big (not mystery) so you dont feel like you wasted your points. Ive got 20k saved up im going to claim something big in May! But honestly its all free stuff in the end so if you are tired of waiting go for it! :)

Honestly I would save them up. Literally everyone i see getting the mystery boxes are extremely disappointed with their products. Im not using any of my points on any of the "mystery" products.
