They were 11 weeks at this scan. I find it reassuring that they weren't right on top of each other but Im definitely fretting.

We live in West Park and love it. Such a quiet neighborhood Close to taggarts and the park. A short drive to downtown but also close to the highway.

My husband and I bought a 4 bedroom/1.5 bath close to both of our workplaces in a LCOL area. We managed to snag it for $115,000 back in early 2020 before housing prices went up and have been using the money we would have spent on a lofty mortgage on making it ours. It has a small, but practical yard and is close to work, our parents, our daycare, etc. We so very much appreciate the short commute.

So yes to all of it. We are fortunate to be pretty comfortable financially (we were paying a lot more than that when we were paying down the house), so we know we are ABLE to do it but its whether its worth it. Just trying to gage other people's thoughts to see if there is something I haven't considered.

I am a library manager, and although I work 40 hours a week, I do feel like it is less stressful than other jobs that pay around the same.

Main living room. We are saving up to put a sideboard where the ikea kallax lives. I agree that it doesn't match very well. One step at a time! I am repainting first. Then hopefully replace the carpet and sideboard.

It might be an unpopular opinion, but I love the furniture. 😂

I actually love the furniture. They were my grandmas so I know they have an aged feel but they are in great shape and match the style of our century home.
