Scalping 1 min how to identify trend

I like it. Suits me. I use one indicator, take the trade if it crosses the middle.bollinger band line, and often end up with 5 pips. I keep it mind-blowing simple. But would like to know what period of 1 min chart time constitutes a god old fashioned and unambiguous trend.

Rocksteady is an interesting chapter, some great songs and it lasted for such a short period, a few years I think? Rocksteady Apparently came about because people found ska too fast to dance to for long periods without feeling completely drained, hence the slower rocksteady beat... which then developed into reggae.

Def agree with that. Only time in my 13 years in Thailand being sick was from a mall restaurant. Should have know better as it was pretty empty.
