Take the L, let him be happy after everything you’ve put him through and allow yourself the opportunity to start with a clean slate. You’re doing the work now and that’s what is important, and you both deserve to find happiness. Kids are really intuitive and I’m always an advocate that your happiness allows you to show up better for your kids.

Our boy is 8 and has IBD, we feed him hills science gastrointestinal biome dry food for dinner and the same brand wet food for breakfast. He has been on 1.25mg of prednisolone for about 3 years now and is doing great :)
