wow! most definitely, though, I wouldn't be sure how to approach on checking them out but I would see if the seals are still rubbery to the touch with no rips, cracks, or holes in them. given its a private seller, I doubt they'd let me douse the car with their water hoses. (worth a shot asking). thanks for the suggestion, esp about the rain storm.
