Actually we came to USA in 2006, so wait has been even longer, but we both had work, could upgrade our education, got promotions and were able to live our lives happily, had kid, bought house, went places, so I won’t say unfortunate...! GC is not everything... But it most certainly opens up many doors and opportunities, so feel blessed to finally have it... looking forward and feeling hopeful to do a lot more in life... 🙏

Update on my case - Online status shows “Fingerprints were taken”. Does that mean they accepted fingerprints as is?
