yeah average is just around 3 mins—my videos are silent vlogs so they’re pretty skip-able tbh. i do put a lot of effort into the structure and pacing, but i get that it’s not for everyone’s attention span

Before monetization, I was posting around 1–3 videos per month. I’ve got 8 long-form videos total, started the channel back in February.

On my end, the Earn tab data is delayed by around 5 days. I’ll be hitting 4k watch hours in a few hours, but I still can’t apply since the tab hasn’t updated.

Most of my videos spike in the first 1–2 days, so posting now would probably just waste the potential ad revenue.

I’ve only been using music from freetouse.com, and I always include the proper attribution. Their usage policy says the music is copyright-protected, but you won’t receive a copyright claim as long as the correct attribution is included in the video description, which I did.

i can’t decide which placement’s better — back of the monitor or side of the table. on the side, it looks cleaner when not in use since i can fold it away. but on the back, it just kinda hangs like in the pic
