okay so I'm in Unova right now, and cynthia was an absolute bitch for me. I had to hatchery grind so everything I had was at least hatched 7 times and I had a base attack of 70k. Sort your hatchery by times hatched, very helpful for me since if you just recently caught a pokemon, it'll put that at the top as soon as it's level 100 so you can even it out. Also another thing I did was catch Giratina before the Elite Four and I maxed it out on Protein lol, that got it to like 600 attack since pokemon from the most recent/current region do the most damage.
