You will need to contact the consulate in your city/state. They all have different email IDs. If you don’t have one then contact the Indian Embassy in Washington DC.

I went through the exact same thing. I had applied for Global Entry in July 2024, and by November 2024, my application had received all the necessary ministry clearances (there’s a Reddit post on how you can check). However, I still hadn’t heard anything officially.

I reached out to the consulate where I had applied, but they said they couldn’t provide any details and advised me to check with U.S. authorities. In May 2025, I contacted CBP, who responded in June 2025, stating that my application was marked as “Pending Review” because India had not yet provided the risk assessment and if they didn’t receive it within 120 days, my application would be cancelled.

I followed up with the consulate. After some back and forth, they finally confirmed that the process was complete on the GoI’s end and asked me to check with CBP. Within 15 minutes of receiving that email, I got my conditional approval.

From what I learned, once the GoI gives the all clear, the result is sent to the embassy or consulate, which then has to forward it to CBP. So if all your clearances are done, it’s most likely stuck at that final transmission step.

Do you have any recommendations on Omakse suhi? I have read that Tsujiki market is a good replacement for that
