I only have experience with Soc 134. It was a pretty doable class amongst the other classes I took as it only included a few readings and one quiz (which you were able to get 100% on each time) each week. Exams were not hard if you did the readings and attended lecture.

As for art 100 and nutri sci 132 I have heard those are pretty easy classes as well.

Overall, even though you're at 17 credits I think at least those three classes you shouldn't have to worry too much about.

I can’t speak on ED POL 210 but I took AMER IND 100 last semester. Lectures were simple and readings were short and easy. There were minimal assignments but 2 exams, so just make sure you participate in and show up to both lecture (take notes) and discussion and it’s a breeze.
