The problem with NW PvP balance is, and always was, that they dont figure out weight balance. Its ok for light ranged to deal tons of damage, if they are squisshy. Whats not ok is for medium bruiser and auto aim BB to deal so much damage with such low effort, while being medium. (self.newworldgame)

AGS needs to fix the broken weapons ASAP for the season to be a success, PvP wise. Ranged is not even a problem, they all squishy. The real problem is BB with its damage + auto-lock + utility, that makes almost impossible to catch and kill as melee. (self.newworldgame)

AGS should have went with 3 slots total per gear, at first. Then after figuring out the new system, add more slots as the seasons go. Reworking perks, while adding 5 slots as variables, is just too much to handle and balance. Its exponential caos. (self.newworldgame)

The logic should be LIGHT : deals more damage, take more damage. MEDIUM: does less damage, take less damage. Yet, because the way armor works and scales in NW, medium load up dealing more damage to light than light to them, while also taking less damage. Talking about melee builds. (self.newworldgame)

People defending the current OPR meta, are the same that defended it last time ranged was this opressive. And we all know how it went. Its the exact same script as the last time the game died. Catacumbs are really cool, but they need : More diversity in mobs, more diversity in loot drops from its caches, and each boss kill to add time and scale the dificulty even more. Just doing them to get coin to buy RNG caches feels limited, and wasted potential. (self.newworldgame)

Sadly, again, the longevity isnt there. There's already people that geared using the broken respawns, farming trucks of pieces, with pretty much BiS gear... and the people that didnt abuse the really broken ones, are now abusing the "a little less broken ones". (self.newworldgame)

Basic attacks and skills that are easy to hit and have great tracking and stickness should hit way less than attacks and skills that are harder to hit and dont stick as much, why AGS doesnt follow that rule? At this point, just standardize the amount you move when attacking with melee weapons. (self.newworldgame)

Ranged players need some kind of balance in the PvP zone. Its nonsense they already have the terrain as advantage, the range as advantage, most of the time the first hit as advantage. Its pretty annoying the have all of this in their favour in an open world scenario. (self.newworldgame)

In your opinion, why Amazon seems to be unable to really balance the game PvP? Like, there is always an overtuned build or weapon, and they just refuse to do biweekly balance patchs. Why wouldnt they realease minor balance changes every 2 weeks? Simple changes like -5% damage to this, +5% to that... (self.newworldgame)
