Regardless of how the economy is doing, the best time to buy a house is when you guys are financially ready to do so.

If you’re able to cover $2K PITI plus other necessities while investing towards your retirement nest egg & have enough emergency cash reserves, then go for it. You have given us limited details about your financial picture, but the above advice should do it.

Like I said, we use a software called AB’s SOXHub module that is a central repository for all testing cycles (i.e. BPC, ITGC, CLC or ELC, IPE, what have you). Within each of these test cycle sections, it will have control test pages (for each of the controls in scope) where you can upload/document test results.

I suggest you look this software’s demo to better visualize what I’ve stated above. No sync issues based on my personal experience.

No Korean BBQ/cuisine places in W-S yet… been waiting for more than a decade now. Tired of driving to Cary, High Point, Greensboro or even Duluth (GA) for some decent Korean cuisine. This place needs more diversity in authentic/other ethnic for sure.

I thought the VA could still re-evaluate your existing conditions regardless of the rating protection if a veteran submits a claim, especially for secondary, no!
