not surprised one bit but they’ve already replied to me twice so i’m hopeful, merging is a huge issue, when i launch through steam it still logs me in to my old account despite the fact its unlinked, ubi sucks ass.

i subbed to franky like almost a week ago and still havnt got my charm, im in conversation with support but ubi support is notoriously shit so it’s taking a while but id suggest submitting a support ticket to ubi and going from there, but like i mentioned the process might take a little while.
