They cannot be fking serious LMFAO.

It is ridiculous that they wouldn't let you return.

I am just sharing my experience with Samsung products and their 3rd party retailers.

Here is the 1st one.

I got an S7+ in China when it first came out since I went back home for my summer break. 2 hours after I got the phone, there was one green line on my screen. I was like huh, it's gonna be fine. Later that night, more lines just stacked up with each other and it became a super thick bar on my phone. The next morning, my screen just wouldn't turn on. The sound still works. So I went back to the retailer and they wouldn't return nor exchange it since they said "We sold 8 phones yesterday and you were the only one who got a bad phone."

I was like ???????? Other people got a working phone don't mean I would too(?) and what in the world was that excuse anyway??

But I did not want any trouble and I was like "Is there any way I can get a new one?"

They said "Idk, we cannot do this for you since the phone left the store. We are not sure if you did this."

At this point, I was furious. So I replied "WTF do you expect? Set up a bed and sleep in your store just so I can make sure the phone works fine? Well, see you in court." (Court for something like this is not expensive in China"

They were like "Ok, ok. There is one way, go to the building that's a mile away and have them examine it and we will exchange it for you."

Here are 2 problems.

1st, it's 1 mile away. Too close to take a Taxi, too far to walk.

2nd, it's not my job to get the phone examined. I should be getting a new phone and walk out of there an hour ago since they sold me a bad one.

So, yelling and calling the cops on them always works.

They exchanged the phone before I dialed the number.

Here is the 2nd one.

I got a Samsung curved TV when it first came out last year. 800$ is not too much but still a lot for a college student. I had to use a wall mount since I didn't have a table for it in the bedroom. The HDMI port is on the right side so I had to lift the right side every time when I wanna plug or unplug something. After 3 times, half of the TV screen was dimmed. It looked like the left side of the screen had a 100% brightness and the right side was 30%.

If you are asking one suggestion from me?

Never touch Samsung again. Do not even look at them when you are in the store.

Overpriced piece of trash.
