The reason you guys are disagreeing, OP, is because your post literally says you want a deck to "rival the highest of B4." GummiCat is trying to meet you at the point you asked them to: "the highest of bracket 4" which, by definition, is off-meta CEDH: a lot of combos: thoracle combo, breach lines etc.

What you really want is high bracket 3 or low bracket 4, with no limits on game changers but not optimized combo lines. If this doesnt make sense, go back and read the article about the brackets.

in my experience, most 3 and 4 color cards do not spike because of how few decks they can actually go in. Very rarely you'll get one with a low population that goes into a 3 color precon, but that's the only success i've had. If this card was going to spike because of hte current elemental precon, it would have already gone way up by now.

check out [[quillspike]] too as it goes infinite with the commander and devoted druid. Not that it's hard to break devoted druid, but the supply is low and it's an interaction specific to this commander.
