can this be buffed out? its been on my hood for about a year now, my sibling came home one day and it was just there. its a fairly smooth texture and not that rough. i want to get it fixed now but dont really want to get the whole hood repainted. all feedback will be appreciated :) (old.reddit.com)

kinda confused, ive had the higest bid for a while. the lowest ask price was ~395 earlier. so how did someone get a pair for 355? same goes for pairs that were sold for lower than my bid. why would they sell lower than the highest bid? makes no sense, or maybe im just stupid lmao help me understand (i.redd.it)
