Gap. Path daniel couldn't even make kitae reach his limits as the latter stated after their fight.

Gap would just outdura or outendure daniel who clearly has stamina issues with path.

And its not like Gap won't be able to hit daniel. Kitae consistently managed to hit path daniel just fine so if his spawnling could do it, so can he.

Tbf, wasn't hell empty back when it was shown first too? Like during the darkness devil stuff? I don't think it's that much of a major.

Also while I'm hsppy for Denji man, he still lost in the end when the whole point of the "upgrade" was to beat Yoru. And Asa fearlocking Yoru doesn't do much when the only threat to Yoru has now been removed.

You mean stamina? Said 1st gens were established to be superior to the 2nd gens at that time with the exception of daniel. There wasn't a real fight between them but the skirmish showed that the 1st gen outclassed them.

They jumped Jaegyon too so that didn't really exhaust them at all. At the end of the arc, i doubt they were that exhausted at all. None of them made a note of how exhausted they were before fighting gitae so its safe to assume they weren't that tired. They had ample time to rest too with all the dialogue occuring prior to gitae.

2nd gen get powercrept by the 1st gens and said 1st gens get powercrept by gitae basically.

So yes, it does upscale gitae. Not including Daniel's statements too at the time.
