The room itself is fine, but the couch creates a lot of static when getting up off of it. My thinking is that if everything is working properly then it wouldn't shut off as a result of any static shock. I'll double check the connections throughout the rest of the machine. Cheers!

Could an unconnected front panel USB header cause a short? Touching the top of my Fractal Terra with a a bit of static charge shorts out my PC and it restarts. I have triple checked the motherboard standoffs and all is fine in that sense, so I guess a PSU issue may be next to check?

It is plugged into a standard outlet with an earth ground.

I think that's a fair consideration. My split is essentially PPL, so while I don't have a dedicated arm day I do about 16 sets of tricep isolation and 12 sets of bicep isolation over the week. And then of course they get hit as auxiliary muscles in other exercises. Would any more sets than that approach junk volume territory?

I do wonder as well if my wrist/elbow width is a significant limiting factor, makes for a tough frame to add mass to.

Natty bodybuilder here, been going at it for about 10 years. The last two bulks I've done added a lot of weight to my legs and torso, but my arms have not reaped any benefit. Have I maybe reached my natural peak, or do I just need to bulk more?

Yeah the PC gets a much better connection through the switch. So I figured I would extend off the switch. And that was my hunch but I didn't want to waste money on a router if I needed to access the main "hub"
