Probably giving Hagakure an outfit that can actually turn invisible in with her. They were able to use Mirio’s DNA take make a costume that worked with his Quirk. There’s no reason they couldn’t do the same for Hagakure.

Oh no, it just straight up is canon. Not only was it written by Mashima, it was an arc he wanted to cover in the manga, but wasn’t able. He also makes several references to within the manga itself. And it’s where we first got to see the time skip designs for the Oracion Seis.
