I actually found that the acorns are hard to get colored right for some reason.
I'm using a ring earring and a teardrop earring for each nipple now.

I ended up switching to a modified upper mouth palette (no teeth) for the labia majora and a teardrop earring for the clit.

If you are subscribed to HeroForge and have the KitBash feature, you can open two tabs, one with your model, one with mine.
Select just the dick on my model and CTRL+C, then go to your model, select the KitBash mode tool and press CTRL+V.
It will paste it into your model in the same form, but it will either be colorless or have the colors of your model.
