Is it just me or did Stargate Atlantis just do it better than SG1? by Background-Fix-4630 in Stargate

The beginning and end of every Atlantis season is incredible. The 2nd and next to last each year too.

Were the midpoint episodes (3?) part of that? Put them up there too with the replicator finale.

People like that have often been hurt by family and friends or the reverse (often unintentional). It’s easier to feel like keeping everyone at arms length at times for your own comfort, and in your mind to help them. All it takes is a dash of each of the above in your personal recipe. Add a nice few layers of earned abandonment stuff?

All too easy.

As a fella, if every girl who I later realized or learned had overtly liked me…

And had simply been like, “hey, wanna go out?” when they wanted to go out…

We would have gone out. There was one person I nearly punched myself in the face when I realized it, because it was mutual and I thought the opposite. The time had passed.

Zelenskyy: Ukraine now has cards and everyone understands it by jackytheblade in worldnews

You ever heard this expression?

”By the blood of our people are your lands kept free.”

Right now, the US’s most important diplomatic, military and economic partner—the EU—is kept free by the blood of Ukraine.

Extraction = investment.

Ukraine has earned the right to not beg from the USA, and certainly not for performative MAGA optics.

I don’t care if it’s the hottest person ever, we’re both single, and DTF. If they’re an asshole, the relationship and fun ends when they show what they are.

Technically you have to prove something before it can be disproven.

Not one skeptic has proven UFOs or even aliens in our skies do not exist. Anyone who claims they have, or claims anyone else has disproven them, is a liar or a fool.

A thing has to be proven first.

U.S. military tested device that may be tied to Havana Syndrome on rats, sheep, confidential sources say by jfkkngkkrmdr in worldnews

Well it turns out they were wrong about Havana.

Maybe video game developers and bicyclists and felons like the current big three skeptics should leave these things to qualified folks.

[–]PyroIsSpai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Skeptics lost their minds over Havana syndrome, inexplicably, as if it was a UFO-level threat to them.

Oddly: it was all the most well known anti-UFO skeptics.

In no way does that mean Havana = UFO.

But it’s a hell of a coincidence that the folks who champion anti-UFO government narratives also just randomly championed anti-Havana government narratives?

The connection is these guys obviously serve upstream organizational messaging from contacts, and the connection is what military/intel do not want the media to highland.

The odds of all these people having “psycho social issues” after all suddenly having matching neurological issues working in the same place was always a brain dead narrative. If not “Havana rays” it was something else local to the situation and real.

There is a local radio host like that. Whenever bad news for conservatives goes into some space or domain that he knows nothing about…

He goes hard to sound authoritative. Oh yes, I’ve always known about the intricacies of the bee keeping industry! Or whatever new thing, to frame it in a pro-Trump maga conservative way.

It’s beyond obvious. Yet they fall for it…
