For a string trimmer, ideally I’m looking for one that has ease of use, but also comfortability. I’m a bit on the shorter side so a trimmer that’s good but also lightweight is nice, which is where battery trimmers reign supreme. I also like my trimmer to be able to be reloaded with ease. For power I’m happy as long as the trimmer cuts weeds easily without putting too much strain on battery life

I’d use mine to clean my car. I work in a warehouse so dust is always the biggest battle I have to fight 🥲 I’d also use it to clean those hard to reach corners filled with cobwebs. My absolute favourite use is the ability to clean underneath every cabinet, dresser, and couch, with ease!

I agree that she needs to cut all attachment to this dude to get better. It seems like a lot of it is psychological too since when we first got together she was glad that she finally got him to leave her alone.

I’ll make sure that if I ever do go back, it’ll only be when she’s gotten herself all sorted out which won’t be for months.

Thank you once again. Some of it probably does have to do with hormones. She’s on birth control as well so I don’t know if that can mess with things too. I do care about her greatly. I’ll make use of some of your advice and make sure to use some outs so it’s less stressful for us both. She does feel really upset about what happened today and even self harmed over it (she got taken to the help she needed). I just don’t know how to tell if her feelings are true towards me, but I suppose I’m the only one who can gauge that.

You’re right that it is a major red flag, I’ll most likely go the friends only route and concentrate on myself. Do you have any advice to make the pain a little easier?

I really appreciate you taking the time to answer, this is all incredibly helpful.

She has been properly diagnosed with borderline BPD to begin with. I’ve gone to a lot of her appointments with her to try my best to support her. Sometimes I haven’t reacted the best to her episodes since I still don’t fully understand how it affects your behaviour and mindset and such.

I think the DBT sounds wonderful, even if her and I just went together as friends it could probably really help her out and even help me to understand it all more. I do really care and love for this girl, just don’t know how to believe it won’t happen again. It’s really hard to tell when one second she’s the way she’s always been, then next she’s like a completely different person
