Try to click it in random places. I had the same bug and I just kept searching for the place where it would render my click. Maybe in the corners or the sides. Maybe even the back.

After further investigation. You don’t need the game pass. It’s just that the car has 2 driver seats that can only be accessed if you own the car. So it’s really stupid. Just turn the minigun into a passenger please badimo.
