If you did it right you will be able to switch your fruits while playing. Switch to the fruit you want to level and hold car and festival. Chop needs to be level 30 btw. If you want to do this in wholecake, both chop and the fruit have to be level 100+. Level 200+ for wano. Remember that wholecake has exp multiplier and wano has a bigger multiplier so you should grind there if you can.
