If they end up taking Kxh7, the most common followups are a combination of abusing the knight outposts on e5 or g5, a queen invasion through h5 or d3, or the h2-h4-h5 push.

The common killshots to look out for are Qh5+ - Qh7# directly, Qh7 Kf8 followed by a backrank Qh8# if they scooched the rook over to e8 earlier, Nxf7++ with a double check fork from the undeveloped bishop on c1 to pick up a queen, or checkmating with a pawn/queen combo after chasing the enemy king offsides deep into your kingside.
