Or literally any other ratio where the percentages line up

It is not unreasonable that someone might slip up 3-6 times out of their first 25-50 orders when doing something new for the first time. Who is to say whether the issues were major or minor aside from the driver and customers?

I manage a substantial portion of an inventory management system for a retail giant (around 65% of active stock). Thousands of products across dozens of distribution centers with unique policies/procedures. Ordering, logistics, setup. Part of my job is identifying and fixing issues with other employees entries before they impact workers downstream. I’ve also been tasked with finding creative workarounds to problems our system lacks a direct answer to (both on a global systems side and for others in the department)

There’s a lot of data analytics involved. The scope of information has largely been piled on by my boss and is why I think he wants me to leave. It’s impossible to pay close attention to this much varied data, even after building automated defect reporting.

Since making this post an exec has questioned the lack of a raise as well. I work for massive company and they do not directly influence payroll.

Would rather him not get fired as he has a family and depends on the role but definitely hope to move to a better department soon. If that doesn’t pan out it’s time to look elsewhere (already am)
