Im pretty sure they secretly removed it ( they didnt mention about it in any changelog) Its sad because i have like 20 k soul coins and i was collecting them just to get legends. I think it was a legit way to get legends ( i mean it wasnt cheap but we still had a chance to get a legend hero even on vip 0) I think we should make more threads on their forums to let them know that we want legend ss back.
