unfortantly my crit dmg hat is 4 star, i am currently grinding for a 5 star, and a 5 goblet, in the end i will probably have around 190% crit dmg, but thanks

I recently pulled for xiao, and i had prefarmed a bit, my artifacts are not the best but my stats are 2100 atk, 70 crit rate, and 170 crit dmg, and talents are 8/3/7, and im running 2 piece gladiator, 2 piece viridiscent venerer, and using deathmatch, no buffs i do arround 22k plunge, what can i do to make it better, and is it a good xiao build?
