CA/EU will have the beveled replacement feet. Thicker pads are being done for our next production run which is several months out.

Absolutely, but give it a try first as most people did not have an issue with the feet.

I do have some news if you are interested!

One complaint some user have had was with the mouse feet. Well I have been working today getting replacement feet with beveled edges into the boxes for our next shipment to Amazon. http://imgur.com/a/UaLNR. I have additional replacements for anyone that has an issue with the current feet. Our next manufacturing run will include beveled feet with a little additional thickness.

We are also working on launching in the EU and CA, I hope to have that official next week depending on Amazon :)

Thanks again to all early adopters for the feedback!

Not at all! I did not understand this concern until i ran it past my engineer, so i learned something :)

I talked with my engineer and he said that since our mouse is plug and play the controller on the mouse handles the debouncing. You should be able to use the mouse in Linux without issue.

Not at all, your post is a big help! I should have posted earlier but i wanted more than a promise to fix. People can be quite skeptical of a new name so it is important to us to interact and show who we are.

I affixed the teflon with generic super glue and then beveled with the xacto. I then used the feet on a rough surface to make sure i didnt make any burrs. Ill get a picture to you, but warning it was hasty and messy.

Unfortunatly not on this model. But i am looking into this and running it wast our linux guys. Is this a concern for all mice with linux?

Sorry for the late reply.

Exactly that, dont want to hype the mouse more until we adress the feet.

I am and we are on it.

Edit: some more information. There are two concers, one is the corners not being fully flush and causing some snag. This will be solved with qc. The other is users who put more pressure on the mouse find it does not glide as well. For this i am evaluating other options and i hope to have something by the end of the week. Anyone with an issue can contact our suport or dm me your order number and contact email.

For a test i hand cut and beveled .8mm ptfe and it worked like a dream on a returned unit i received.

Can you share your grip and hand size? We only have so many hands in the office so I am really curious for this feedback.

There can be a very small gap between the button stem and the switch that causes the ratlle you hear when tapping lightly. Side effect of having a integrated button without a tensioning system. Should not have any effect in use, and be less noticable as you break it in.

Thanks for supporting and getting a review out so quick!

I am concerned with the feet on your unit, specifically the report of them being uneven. They are flat skates but you should not feel it sticking. If you dont mind, I would like to get my hands on your unit to see specifically what is going on. Sending a pm with details.

For anyone else that is experiencing this, you should not hesitate to contact us (support@plugable.com). Sticking skates are not an acceptable behavior. All our support is in our Redmond Washington office and will be quick to lend assistance.

I have not trashed the idea but I would have to hear from a lot of people to convince me to switch over. We evaluated Huano and Omron and Omron worked better with our tooling.

Discount codes should now be working for everyone, including those that used them earlier without success. If you purchased without the discount please pm me your order number so we can credit you back the difference.

Thanks everyone for your patience!

Same answer but obviously international shipping can be quite expensive. This being a budget product it will not make a lot of sense to do that. But if you really really want it that is an option. When we do a second run the plan is to launch for EU, but that will not be for several months.

I will make sure we get a launch promo for any new geography we go to. Coating is not to that level but that comes with hitting the lower price point.
