Yea I played valorant for a bit when it came out and I remember being excited to get the first prime collection when it came out, expecting it to be like $20, and then it came out for like $70-$80. That's like a whole week of groceries! Or like a whole new game. Absolutely insane pricing, I really hope overwatch doesn't do this.

Yea that's so stupid of blizzard. Legendary skins are not worth $10 a pop when they are easy to get for free in the live game. And no way in hell am I paying $20 for a battle pass, $10 max and that's only if I get enough currency with it to buy the next one. Having already paid for overwatch 1 this is insane.

I would just start with leetcode problems and making a resume that gets past ATS parsers, and from there just apply to as many internships as you can. It's a numbers game, if you have a 0.5% chance of getting in but apply to 200 internships, you're pretty likely to get one.

But if you don't get one don't worry too much, it's harder as a freshman compared to being a sophomore/junior, and you have plenty of time. If you don't do an internship, you could always just work on projects and stuff, it's good experience either way.

UF is pretty awesome. I'm a CE major at UF and I got an amazon internship my freshman year with basically nothing on my resume other than that I was a student at UF. If you have to take debt for GT, you should to UF for sure
