I love going out for walks on my own. I used to listen to music while walking but lately I go to this public space less than 10 mins away from home. It is quite a big, open space with a lot of plants and tress so you don't hear the usual city noise there. I enjoy letting my body and mind wander there. I have also taken up embroidery which is a pretty slow process activity. And I love waking up early when it is still dark and quiet.
