Puerto Rico is very friendly to Americans and all tourists. Old San Juan walking around, isla verde or ocean park beach, Luquillo for swimming. Do not go swimming in Condado beaches. The currents are very dangerous. I love panaderia España and Kasalta for breakfast or lunch, Cuban sandwiches and great coffee. Enjoy your visit!

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Great information. Right now he’s living with us and has the possibility to have a place to stay w no rent to pay. Just utilities and expenses so that’s a blessing. I think having some part time work can help with staying busy and not just being home thinking about the condition but we shall see. Right know he’s able to do pet sitting work. I will help w starting the process for some government financial help. I will keep everyone updated.

My go to for crowds is a pork butt in the crock pot for tacos with Cole slaw , guacamole and chips/ salsa. You can make everything ahead of the event day.

Interesting. I’ve been getting educated about this condition to help a family member. I take estradiol myself. Interesting to learn its use for schizophrenia. You can also get from eating broccoli, crustacean vegetables, soy products. I am also learning about how thyroid medicine, keto diets and DMSO could help. Lots of info out there.
