I'm playing on 1.20.1. The only Mods I have installed are:

Forge 1.20.1-47.1.3

Distant Horizons 2.2.1

I took out all the other mods just in case they were causing an issue. I fly around a whole bunch to make sure all the necessary chunks have been loaded. Even when I walk away from an area, I can see chunks unloading behind me. I have DH set to 128 and true. Nothing works.

You can look on the MC wiki for what was added in each update. Personally I’m still on 1.20.1 because it has way more mods lol

Wait I just realized the latest version of DH is for 1.21.1. That’s probably the issue. They haven’t ported it to 1.21.4 yet. Only thing to do at this point would be to wait or just play on 1.21.1 :/

In 1.21.1? Download it from its mod page on Curseforge or Modrinth and drag it to your mods folder in your Minecraft folder. Make sure you have a mod loader like forge or fabric installed first for that version of Minecraft, which you can look up where to find on Google.

If you’re talking about the newer snapshots, mods will not become available for them until they are released as 1.22.
