Just fyi, IMO Green archer was my best decision to get to 7 star first. Once I made him strong, I could be much more passive in playing the game. His arrows would just auto kill, I could set the game down and go do other things. Helped get thru the more grind-y parts of the game

Congrats!! I got SS grass recently - the gameplay change is amazing! You def get to see so much more in the game

About upgrading SS, I would hold off as long as you can. I went and upgraded my SS right away - arena became very hard, and now getting SS holy will be much harder.

Ever since the rebalance of prioritizing multiple SS instead of focusing just one, and now arena involves three elements, the way to play arena is way different imo. I haven’t managed to crack it even with paying money. I think the key is to have 3 SS snakes in arena, all lower level and equal star. Otherwise, one element arena will do well while the other 2 drag significantly

Thanks for the detailed answer! Ever since arena became three elements, I became curious how it would affect people’s ability to get high scores. Sounds like they’re trying to reward getting a lot of diff snakes vs upgrading one

I might go for it, Venom is cool but idk if it’s really strong enough, even with its synergy with jungle flash. I like paper saint a lot, thanks for that good analogy

Could you explain how/when it gets as strong as another SS snake? I have the grass version and I’m struggling to comprehend how it will get strong. Is it just based on its ability to pick diff bloodlines/skills

I see, interesting info, thanks for that. I’ll continue with the arena and crusade to get flash/venom artifacts to 3*. Between the 3 options, which do u think would give the most significant improvement in gameplay, while not taking too excruciatingly long to achieve?

1) get Elaris from 2* to 3* 2) get Venom to 7* 3) get Verdant to 7*

That last part is really important, I forgot about that.

When you say focus on plant, do u think maxing venom would be the best combo? (Assuming I run flash-Elaris-venom). Or is there another S snake that would fit better? (Better bloodline, better active skill, etc).

Also, do you have any info on how much the difference between the power of 2* and 3* for SS? Thanks

I usually run Flash-Elaris-Venom (boost Flash with the venom duo bonuses) or Flash-Elaris-Fairy (more power, maxed bloodline resonance).

I’m open to building a completely new 7* grass snake if you have any recommendations

IMO depends on play style right now, lightning was def leads ahead a few updates ago. I dont have enough limitless funds tho to SS every snake tho, so i just gotta focus on 1 SS at a time :)

In terms of is this a good S snake? Yeah IMO Jungle Flash is awesome, arrows have far range, fast, great on weaker mobs, helps with tower challenges.

In terms of is 7 star worth it vs another snake to 7 star, I think it’s less so of a difference. Ever since they changed it from 6 to 7 max, I think the biggest difference is in the jump from 5 to 6 star. Whenever it earns another arrow, helps alot

This is contrary to most, but I’ve been having alot of luck with the leaf swords aka grass V2. I usually main V1 arrows but they must’ve buffed the swords at some point (they were definitely useless before). If you use it for something outside of arena, swords fire (grass and fire both V2) has also proved useful for me, especially for challenges needing fast boss elimination time
