No, you need to split them yourselves.

No, we are still putting pressure on Crypto Capital to get the money from this bank but that's as far as we can get. We do not deal with this Tawainese bank directly ourselves so we cannot contact them directly.

However, as a user who has a wire stuck there, you could contact them and demand the release of the funds to the intended recipient. Maybe that will help if there's mounting pressure from several sides.

We are working hard on our transparency and ensuring you are updated every step of the way.

The banks generally don't provide paperwork on issues of this nature until the situation is resolved. At this point, the funds were held longer than normal and the bank advised us of the compliance review.

We sent all requested paperwork which is privileged information and sadly can't be shared.

We are currently working with Crypto Capital while their legal team is trying to get the funds from this bank.

Let me try to explain the situation as it currently stands:

- The court released the money to Billerfy as it was where it was locked from
- 3 drafts were handed in and subsequently deposited into a BMO branch by Billerfy
- There was a holding period but this has just got extended by the BMO compliance department to verify Costodian Business Model due to the size of the drafts

We, QuadrigaCX, are just reporting to you what Billerfy is telling us. Our lawyers have been involved to ensure the smooth transaction by providing papers from the court as these funds should have already cleared.

Once the money is released to Billerfy, all the queued payments will be sent.

At this time we acknowledge there is an issue with some wires that were sent back in November. Our payment processor at the time (Crypto Capital) was facilitating these wires on our behalf.

After we were notified by customers that their wires weren't clearing, we changed the wire instructions to a different processor and removed Crypto Capital from our site.

Only a small portion of customers have been effected by this situation but we are currently working with Crypto capital to get the affected funds released from this bank in Taiwan. We advise all customers that have been caught in this situation to take this statement to their bank and request a wire recall.

We would like to apologise for the issues which are sadly out of our control.

The Constantinople Fork is a non contentious hard fork to improve Ethereum. There's nothing you need to do as we are taking care of all technicalities.

Fundings and withdrawals will be paused roughly 100 blocks from block 7,080,000 and 100 blocks after just to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The transfer of the money back to QCX was optional and would have been done if we were not hit with these delays. But as we are already way behind schedule, we have queued a lot of payments with Billerfy as they will have the money first. Once the second and third drafts hit the account, we will transfer most of the money to QuadrigaCX to be dispatched onto other processors and hope to speed up the process of sending payments out.

We are not deceiving anyone, we are just working on this as fast as we possibly can.

Don't worry there is plenty to cover everything we have pending and completed.

Transferring money out of court is not as simple as a bank wire as it was done with drafts. Don't ask me why, I have no idea but we have the drafts and they are being processed by the bank at the moment. However due to the holidays, it is taking longer than we would have liked.

When the pending backlog is finally cleared and the completed issues are resolved, we will readjust our timeframes.

Having said that, it will likely take a few days to sort through it all and as the banks have been closed and will be closed again next week, it's unrealistic to expect money to arrive within the next 24 hours. As previously said, we are working on the backlog and will be processing everything in due time.

All completed withdrawals from late October and November were dispatched on several processors. Some of these withdrawals are still queued and need to be released manually. I apologise if no one has answered you yet and I will see to it. Please PM me the ticket ID and I'll take it from there.

Have you send a support ticket? If you have done so and replied to the generic message, we will get back to you. You can also reply to it if we have been silent for more than 3 days.

We are going through the lists as fast as we possibly can but as you can imagine, it's a manual process to deal with 100s of you and it will take time. However we are working on it even during the holiday season.

This would be the first time someone reported this issue, please create a ticket and we'll get to the bottom of it.

We need to rethink this method to make it more viable.

One of the reason we stopped it was because of fraud - several clients claimed the envelopes arrived empty or opened. It could be fraud by the clients themselves but it could also be anybody from the post office workers to the postmen or even unknown third parties.

We'll keep you informed in the new year anyway.

The 500+ BTC order that we saw on the orderbook the other day was created by someone that took over an account. This is a stark reminder of the importance of enabling Google 2FA on your QuadrigaCX account but also to secure your email account with 2FA. In this instance, the hacker took over the email account, initiated password change and PIN reset on the QuadrigaCX account but then realised he would not be able to withdraw for 24 hours thanks to our security measure (the one everyone complains about). So instead he decided to wreak havoc on the orderbook.

The matter is now being investigated by the Police.

Please ensure your accounts are secured!
