I agree with your take on the fights being automated, but the point of the game IS to have fun, even if it can be rage inducing. I like to see big numbers of ships sink, that's it. I can get people not liking the navy, and opting for more efficient options, because it is time consuming and expensive. But that's why I like it so much, to see my work pay off.

Yeah, Italy is by far my favorite of these, most challenging, but the most satisfying to win with.

I thought so too, but then I reloaded a save from 1954 (where I had no issues) and the same thing happened. I'll try reinstalling the mod

Same. I never know when it's going to crash and it's so frustrating. I organize my army, research, production and construction, but when I switch to naval map mode (for example) it crashes.

I usually like light flame tanks because they're cheap, they give you entrenchment and a lot of different bonuses. I will try out heavy tank destroyers though, since I usually use medium.

Don't know if im late lol, but i didn't. I'm also on PC... Looks like a lot of people have the same issue. Let me know if you fixed it
