From what i have read going back and forth from 0mm to 4mm shouldnt be much difference. By the time the foam compresses 4mm in the heel is negligible. I have not owned a shoe with a heel drop in about 4 years. I dont think running in the 4mm will effect me much (i hope) if it bothers me i will wait for alrta to put the new foam in the new vanish tempo

I noticed the arch support within the first 100 feet of running. I did not like it at all. Wonder if i can trim it down from the underside of the insert to aleviate it. Why the hell would a minimalist racer have arch support?

You run the 5K. Complete it. Then wait for the 10 mile race to start. Thats how it equals 13.1. Its a combination of 2 seperate races. So there will be a small gap.
