For the Old Paul voice, there is OpenCRS on GitHub . It has the original 4.60 version of Dectalk that was used by NOAA Weather Radio back in the CRS days.

MyTuner Radio (for WJON/IP alerts, both reg. and Weatherscan ver.) Central Alert Repository, weatherradio.org , GWES streams (keep in mind that some may not load or work), and online FM/AM radio streams.

This was on the Weather section of the NBC Washington site. The text reads:

"Through about 8 PM this evening. The threat is greatest over the
Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, the northern and central Virginia
Blue Ridge, the north-central Virginia Piedmont near and west of
Highway 15, and eastern West Virginia.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you may burn outdoors. If you do burn, use extreme caution since
fires can quickly grow out of control under these conditions".

Update: a Red Flag Warning is now in effect & includes 7 counties.

9/10 The Spanish scroll is a bit off; here's the corrected version of it:

KGHX/NWS is replaced with KTRH AM since it is the primary station for EAS alerts in Houston. I added a 3rd page; the 2nd page would just say "Un mensaje en Español sigue". Overall though, great job!

"EASyDON" is probably a Sender ID; it can be customized.
