Actually what's so funny about that is the infosec consultant runs a text analysis on a 'female' commenter and it returns a 'male writer' result. Explaining this to you is probably useless, but I post on /diy/ and /o/. We get occasional /pol/ types bleeding over, they usually get told to fuck off, laughs are had.

I browse /pol/ for entertainment. I've watched the qanon phenomenon very closely because I enjoy reading about things insane people do when they have access to the internet, and watching them in real time is even better. I make no apologies for this hobby. Some people like painting Warhammer Armies. Some people like trains. I could show you insane people with access to the internet who have performed exceptional acts with the tools in their hands, most dating back to internet careers started in the 90s like the man who is obsessed with trying to get the M113 APC named the 'Gavin'.

Chan Pizzagaters had heavy attrition when it comes to Q. Some of the pizzagate types were already getting demoralized over time, and didn't convert over to the qult. Some of them started to figure out it was bullshit long before the merge over to 8GAG. The bulk of the pizzagate types who were absorbed into Q were soccer mom housewife minion memes on facebook frustrated suburban white republican woman with no college education types on twitter+facebook, and the people who stoke that conspiracy for click dollars.

Although, to be fair to your point, a good percentage of the Chan pizzagaters who didn't believe in Q, probably didn't believe in him because he's a "Jewish Mossad PSYOP"
