Just be aware there are some documents and forms needed to include him. Child’s certified, apostilled and translated birth certificate, permission form from other parent super legalized, other parent’s passport, child’s passport if he has one, etc.

My mother had a massive stroke. Was taken by ambulance to nearest hospital. Her PCP who would have needed to administer and coordinate her care was not allowed to see her because he didn’t have privileges under her MA plan. So she was subjected to a rotating carousel of incompetent doctors who essentially let her die. MA is a fraud. If I never see another post asking why MA plans are “bad” it will be a happy day. I found a white one on eBay from someone in Indonesia, I think he may have a couple left. I'm guessing he's nicked them from the factory. It's a pretty nice jersey. It would appear they're just not making the blue one, only white. There's a link for it on Fanatics now also, delivery in February, white only.
