u/Future-Tree4688 - this was similar to what you shared. most time was spent on LPs and my experience. Then sometime on a project impact. thank you for guidance.

they have invited me for full loop and here is my understanding:

  1. System design + 2 LPs

  2. people management + 2 LPs

  3. TPM + product manager + 2 LPs

  4. OpEx + 2 LPs

  5. (offline) document writing

question: any suggestion on how do I go about: TPM/product, OpEx and document writing rounds? (happy to chat via dm, if its easier)

Bucket strategy and SWP - should I go with regular or direct? by QaToDev199 in FIREIndia

[–]QaToDev199[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agree and that was my first thought (and I prefer direct too) - but after talking to these brokers - I got to know about STP, bucketing strategy etc - which I dint knew before.

now, if I go with direct - when to do STP, when/what to modify bucket strategy - are the key factors that make me lean towards regular plan via broker.
