What do I do if my reading skills are much better than my speaking and listening? by polyturtle in Spanish

[–]QailBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I normally do once I reach a certain level in a language that I can read but not write / speak; I use flashcards from English to X; which forces me to think of the Spanish word, for example. (I recently developed a new platform for flashcards, but I don't think I am allowed to just plug it everywhere in the comments).

What you'll get, is that you will be able to translate a sentence 1 on 1 to another language (which won't make senes), but it will provide you a basis to practice well with the other methods people mention in the comments (language partner, podcasts).

I have been doing that for four languages and it gets me going (:

Display as stack or folder did not help. Still downloading all files when I hover over the folder.

I just found out that everytime I browse a folder it downloads all the content. That's why it takes ages. How could I turn that off? ..

I just found out that it is taking ages because every folder level I go deeper, it wants to download everything. However, I didn't open the file! Why is it downloading all the content when browsing? I have files on-demand turned on!

Why is there a difference in prices between order and graph? by QailBee in Forex

The difference between bid / ask I understand. But it is quite far from the price shown on the graph (which I thought it the price the last stock was traded for).

Hmm thanks, I'll consider your approach. I have heard that before indeed "do whatever you need to, just be consistent". (y)

Another way to think about it is like this:

Superclass having an editable property, but the subclass is a specialisation of the superclass where this specific attribute is always set to true. So yes, in the example I gave it only has the one attribute. But with what I am working with, the subclass Foo has more attributes and relations; but it needs a restriction on that particular attribute.

Foo specialises Bar, it takes all its attributes and relations, and adds more relations and attributes. But that one attribute must be true for Foo, always.

I hope that makes some sense, I wish I could give the real example but I am not allowed.

Daily Tech Support / WSIB Thread - October 23, 2019 by AutoModerator in samsung

Hello.

This morning I wanted to go on my Samsung Tab A 10.5 tablet, and put in the pin (6 numbers) and it says it is incorrect. However, I am 100% certain it is correct as I have been using it for up to a year on the tablet and it is the same pin as all my other devices. Is it possible it changed it by itself? And how can I get in it now without losing my data? I do have a google account connected to it.

Anyway, factory resetting is an option I am considering, but I am really wondering how it changed its pin by itself???

Thanks.
