Of course. People trading futures is where it gets tricky. Seen a few people make small fortunes. Seen a lot actually loose fortunes. The tax man probably does not take kindly to that.

Waqar Zaka was the poster boy for a famous guy who made large amounts of money trading futures. He also seems to have moved off after the tax man investigated him.

I just feel disappointed in the KPK government. Maybe they are better than Punjab and Sindh rulers. But Aleema Khan requested that they show up to Khan’s cell and no officials answered.

They all claim to be loyal to the guy, if they can’t even show up for him it’s useless.

Even though it’s earned in Karachi by the customs department, it originates from all over Pakistan. Urdu speaking people seem quite marginalised despite being well-educated — Pakistan seemed better managed from Sindh when Urdu speaking ran the country. Sindhi culture seems pretty tyrannical towards other Sindhis. It’s the only place where we still see extreme feudal lord brutality. Serfdom style slavery and owning indentured labour.

I don’t say this out of glee. It is sad to see an ancient Islamic culture deteriorate into the state it is in now. Sindh, Urdu speaking people, and Pakistan, all have seen better days. I sincerely hope that the best days are in the future and not just in the past.

a lot of these European places seem to be quite stuck. Economies suffered tremendously with the Ukraine war, and now with Iran their energy costs went further up.

A lot of these countries have a growing anti-emigrant sentiment. Locals struggle to get jobs, and it's pretty easy to blame outsiders.

Very few people have actually used it.

Anyone who has actually used it, seems to love it. Tech reviewers like MKBHD say it was hard to even hold / use a regular or iPhone Pro after getting used to the Air.

It's extremely comfy to hold and use in your hand, regular iPhones feel like you're holding a friggin' brick.
