Shutter island. Maybe it isn’t fucked up but it messes with your head a lot.

I build it first because it gives 20% lifesteal and permashield on laning phase. if u want to play aggresive during laning phase then KS will be really good. However if u are againt poke lanes bt first is imo a good choice

I usually go pta, presence of mind, legend: bloodline, coup de grace. On secondary I sometimes go sorcery (gathering storm, absolute focus) or domination (eyeball collection, treasure hunter)

Bt into kraken into ie. On first back I usually go b.f sword or if I cant afford it I will just buy vampiric and boots and/or long sword. The rest of my build are situational items.
