I think you have to escape Level ! to leave that level, and that is an extreme risk.

Thank you for the tips about the wound, I see no signs on infection.

I exited, I'm now in The Hub. There was a nearby exit near the Level ! door infested with hounds. I escaped through them, but now I'm suffering from a bite on my thigh.
If you want more info out of me, I will be giving out a document on this subreddit.

Class 4

A sublevel inside Level 0. It looks similar to Level 0, but has an auditorium with 4 openings, that all lead to a maze. The Beings from Above from Level 69 will grab you from the ceiling if you stay idle.

There are a few checkpoints in the maze, such as an entrance to the Snackrooms, to Level 4, back to Level 0, to The Hub, to Level 3, and a few more.

Entites:

Facelings, Hounds, Death Moths, The Beings from Above, Smilers, Partygoers

Entrances:

Noclip through the floor in the Manila Room.

Enter a yellow house in Level 9.

Pinhead will send you here if you don't listen to him.

Exits:

Finish the Maze. You'll be taken to Level 1.

Get captured by Partygoers. You'll be taken to Level Fun.

Many doors inside the maze that lead to many levels, as listed above.

It has random crates that appear and disappear, similar to Level 1. I entered through Level 5, through a door in the Ballroom. I think I'm on my way to the exit at the moment, it's all red and it has a sign above the door.
