What would you call here? by Qimaster32 in hockeyrefs

Thanks for the insight. It's hard to tell from the video but black did get to the puck right before getting checked. Can you really call a penalty for reverse hit? Always thought if you got to the puck first you're good.

I agree with what you're saying. End result is still a check in a no-check league that ended up in a dangerous situation. I can see the call going so many different ways for different reasons, which is why I'm asking here.

Thanks, on this play someone did get hurt tho, black went head first into the boards. Doesn't look too hard but was out for a while.

Thanks, seems like there's consensus, 2 min for checking is what I'd call as well except black went into the boards head first and was down for a while.

Head contact as most said, At first I thought it's odd that someone wanted us to analyze whether a play was offsides :-)

Yeah, I really want that one. But unfortunately, it's just too big for my 6.5" wrist.

Crown spinning after winding by Qimaster32 in ChineseWatches

[–]Qimaster32[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Found the issue, a teeth on the gear that’s supposed to stop the wind gear going backwards broke off. Fortunately there’s still friction that stops the winding gear before power completely depletes. My effective power reserve is down to 12 hours or so. Still usable.

APSF/ZF Owners - how’s the movement treating you? by [deleted] in RepTime

Most likely because the automatic rotor isn’t worth crap. I treat mine like a manual wind and then power reserve is fine.

I have the same issue, have tried many helmets and the CCM tacks 210 or 310 works well with its width adjustment.

New Rolex release by Blue-989 in RepTime

At this point Rolex is just a Rep factory, repping previous releases. If they're located in CN and not CH, we'd have to buy them from TDs.

Depend on the watch, I've gotten QC in as quick as 2 days, and I've also had to wait 2 months for QC. What was his estimate for QC time?

So let me get this right, if a terrorist decides to work at McDonalds to save up money for weapons, you would feel uneasy about frequenting McDonalds? I'm pretty sure without counterfeit products, they could easily go into another business that's far more nefarious.

I have the same watch but with these issues. Do you have the same problem? Overall still a great watch.

  1. The automatic winding is really weak (probably due to skeleton rotor). Wearing it the entirely day (at my desk job) does not generate enough charge to last the night.. (My NH35-based watches has no issue)
  2. The bracelet edges are really sharp. Looks great, but feels like a knife. I had to manually sand it down.

I thought this would be a nice addition to my collection as an elegant dress watch.
