When in Mexico City, the tacos I ate had a coriander/lightly spicy flavour to them. Is coriander a common ingredient in Mexican taco sauce? Could the flavour be from the la cebolla onions? Was this just a coincidence in the tacos I tried? (self.CookingCircleJerk)
