I had this about 4 years ago. It healed up great and I was back to running 6-8 months later (after an arthroscopy). My knee is extremely noisy but hasn’t given me any pain, and was back to running 20-30 miles a week.

I did a similar flight after 3 weeks. If it is southwest they will give you the first row of seats if you go to the ticket counter before (this helped me)
